JIFFY’s Insurance Policy is as follows:

For Deliveries and Pickups:

JIFFY automatically insures items and/ or deliveries containing multiple items that have a total declared value of up to $500.

For additional protection, you (the customer) may purchase supplemental insurance for $15 that protects your item(s) for up to $2000 in total declared value.

JIFFY reserves the right to not be held liable for property damage exceeding a total declared value of $2000.

If damage occurs within the agreed-upon parameters and refunds must be dispersed, a full refund will be granted for all costs associated with JIFFY’s delivery services and the total amount of property damage (not exceeding $2000). 

A refund for JIFFY’s delivery services will be issued through our payment processing partner Stripe, and a check for the declared value of the damaged item(s) will be mailed to your address of choice.

Refunds will only be issued after a thorough investigation has taken place.
